Your FSUcard is your student ID which provides access to residence halls. If you have a meal plan, your FSUcard is used for meals in The Dining Commons. If you have a meal plan with Dining Dollars (FSU Dining Locations ONLY) or RAM Cash, you may use your FSUcard for purchases at all FSU Dining Services locations, at the bookstore, for laundry, at selected snack vending machines and at a variety of Off-Campus vendors. Lost FSUcards must be reported to the ID Office during business hours or to Campus police on nights and weekends. There is a $15.00 fee for replacement of a lost card. Cards may also be put on hold via Blackboard.
You have two options. One: you can log into myFramingham, click the Account tab, then click Change Meal Plan to select your change. Dining Services will automatically be notified of your request. Two: you can visit the Dining Services Office to request a change in meal plan. Please note that changes to a lower meal plan may only be made prior to add/drop.
The week runs Monday – Sunday so your meals will reset starting Monday morning.

Use of your FSUcard is limited to the person identified on the card.
The removal of food in addition to china, silverware & cups from The Dining Commons is strictly prohibited.
RAM CASH is a pre-paid debit account that allows students, faculty, and staff with a valid FSUcard to make purchases at any one of our Dining Services locations. Your RAM CASH funds may also be used for purchases at the Bookstore, laundry in the Residence Halls, snack purchases from select vending machines and at a variety of off-campus locations.
How it Works
- Visit the Dining Services office located in the McCarthy Center or log on to Blackboard and choose the FSUcard Tab.
- Make a deposit via cash, check or credit card. Only credit cards may be used for online deposits.
- Your card will be ready to use in minutes.
